1. Driver must be 25 or older.
2. Customer must have a positive driving record (no speeding infractions, DUIs, etc.).
3. You damage, you pay.
4. No speeding, racing or driving on a race track. Be advised, we do have GPS live tracking equipment which measures the speed, location, etc. of the vehicle at all times.
5. We reserve the right to refuse rental services.
6. We require you to provide proper ID, insurance verification of coverage for rental vehicles and a credit card for a damage deposit of $5,000.
